Quality and Safety Policy


From a strategic point of view, PRODUCTION GROUP is making an effort to improve and innovate the processes and products / services offered, with particular reference to quality and safety requirements.

Production has reached the goal of becoming a main player for the supply of integrated toilets and integrated Front Ends, supporting car builders in developing this concept.

After these experiences and thanks to the skills developed, the vision of our company has changed.

Thanks to the integration achieved both for toilets and front ends and the position reached in the furniture segment, it is proposed on the market no longer as a simple manufacturer but as an organization able to offer service and upgrading activities at competitive costs.

For the pursuit of this strategic priority, the General Management considers it of primary importance to direct the organization towards the complete satisfaction of the Client, achieve better technical and organizational efficiency, pursue appropriate standards of technical safety of the products and, consequently, set a goal to operate with quality management methods. The Management recognizes that the adoption of a quality management system, as identified and described in the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO / TS 22163 (IRIS 3) standards, today represents the most appropriate tools to proceed in this direction.

The achievement of high levels of Customer satisfaction, the search for continuous improvement of performance and technical safety standards of products require the application of a set of activities such as:

- orientation of the organization towards markets and clients,

- planning of activities based on risk prevention and search for opportunities,

- structured education and training of staff to the principles and criteria of quality,

- complete adoption of current laws and technical regulations concerning railway applications and customer specifications,

- application of risk assessment methodologies;

- maximum attention to the safety of operators,

- propensity for technological innovation,

- continuous checks of the conformity of products and workings with the pre-established quality and safety requirements,

- systematic assessment of the adequacy, suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system to achieve the targets set.

The general objectives that General Management has identified and which must be achieved with the involvement of all staff and collaborators can be summarized as follows:

1. Systematic application and continuous improvement of the quality management system,

2. Reduction of non-compliance,

3. Full compliance of the products with the technical safety requirements,

4. Optimization of working conditions and elimination of injuries,

5. Reducing the number of written and verbal complaints by customers,

6. Acquisition and maintenance of the professional requirements of the personnel responsible for the maintenance of rolling stock safety organs,

7. Maximum attention to the satisfaction of clients’ expressed and implicit needs,

8. Improvement of the company image,

9. Increase in business volume.
